Term & Conditions

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Raja Sahib website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Exchange & Dispute Policy

All products purchased through the Raja Sahib are eligible for exchange only and not for refunds within seven (3) days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated below.

  • The exchange request is submitted within the defined timeframe.
  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The delivered product differs from the original order placed.
  • Any item or component is missing from the shipment including price tags, labels, or original packaging.

Exchange requests submitted after seven (3) days from the date of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Evidence & Verification

In cases where items are received damaged or incomplete, clear images of the outer packaging and the product must be shared via email at help@rajasahib.com or the relevant brand support email before discarding the packaging.

Customers must email images of the defective or incorrect item or contact customer support within seven (3) days of delivery to initiate a dispute.

Resolution Process

Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the respective brand in coordination with Raja Sahib.

Once verification is completed and the dispute is approved, one of the following resolutions will be provided, subject to availability.

  • Replacement of the same product mentioned in the invoice.
  • A store coupon of equivalent value valid for use on the Raja Sahib within sixty (60) days.

Customer Responsibility

The buyer or customer placing the order is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith, including product selection, size, color, and article choice.

Raja Sahib shall not be held responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

Data Usage & Communication

Raja Sahib may use customer information for order processing, customer support, marketing communications, newsletters, promotions, catalogues, and for creating and managing customer accounts on the platform.

Customers may be contacted using the provided contact details in case of delivery issues, order updates, or service-related communication.

Customer data may be shared with fraud prevention and payment verification agencies where required.

Raja Sahib reserves the right to verify that customers are of legal age to shop online.

Payments

Payments on the Raja Sahib are accepted via Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards, cash on delivery where applicable, and other approved payment methods in PKR or any other agreed currency.

All online payment details entered during checkout are processed directly through secure third-party payment gateways. Raja Sahib does not store sensitive payment information.

Platform Disclaimer

Raja Sahib operates as a facilitating platform connecting customers with independent brands. Product quality, availability, fulfillment, and after-sales service remain the responsibility of the respective brand, subject to Raja Sahib policies.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Raja Sahib, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated or amended from time to time and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raja Sahib.
