Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Raja Sahib website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Exchange & Dispute Policy
All products purchased through the Raja Sahib are eligible for exchange only and not for refunds within seven (3) days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated below.
Exchange requests submitted after seven (3) days from the date of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Evidence & Verification
In cases where items are received damaged or incomplete, clear images of the outer packaging and the product must be shared via email at help@rajasahib.com or the relevant brand support email before discarding the packaging.
Customers must email images of the defective or incorrect item or contact customer support within seven (3) days of delivery to initiate a dispute.
Resolution Process
Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the respective brand in coordination with Raja Sahib.
Once verification is completed and the dispute is approved, one of the following resolutions will be provided, subject to availability.
Customer Responsibility
The buyer or customer placing the order is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith, including product selection, size, color, and article choice.
Raja Sahib shall not be held responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.
Data Usage & Communication
Raja Sahib may use customer information for order processing, customer support, marketing communications, newsletters, promotions, catalogues, and for creating and managing customer accounts on the platform.
